The origins of the Red Queen's Dagger are shrouded. It is believed to be weilded by an assassin loyal to Wee Jas. It found it's way to the treasure vaults of Barovia and seems to hunger for the blood of the living.
Redqueen's Dagger is a +3 Defending wounding dagger of deadly precision.
Additionally, for those who warship Wee Jas, should you kill a living individual while weilding Redqueen's Dagger in your hand, it is imbued with the ability to cast Finger of Death (DC 20) while holding it. Finger of Death can only be cast once per day this way, the recharge starting at dusk.
Defending. A defending weapon allows the wielder to transfer some or all of the sword’s enhancement bonus to his AC as a bonus that stacks with all others. As a free action, the wielder chooses how to allocate the weapon’s enhancement bonus at the start of his turn before using the weapon, and the effect to AC lasts until his next turn.
Wounding.A wounding weapon deals 1 point of Constitution damage from blood loss when it hits a creature. A critical hit does not multiply the Constitution damage. Creatures immune to critical hits (such as plants and constructs) are immune to the Constitution damage dealt by this weapon.
Deadly Precision. This weapon deals an extra 1d6 points od damage whenever you make a successful sneak attack or sudden strike with it. The property grants no benefits if you don't already have one of these class features and it's bonus doesn't increase if you have both.
